I’m an entrepreneur, business builder, and relationship-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience in business development, financial services, electronic payments, and organizational growth. I’ve founded, scaled, and operated multiple companies from the ground up, with a strong track record of transforming early-stage concepts into high-performing, multi-million-dollar organizations.

As Founder and Owner of Renaissance Solutions Group, I’ve built a merchant services and electronic payments firm that serves a large and ever growing base of clients and processes an impressive portfolio of merchant transactions. Our growth has been driven entirely through the business development systems I created—leveraging inside sales, referral networks, digital outreach, and long-term relationship building with partners at every organizational level.

Prior to Renaissance, I founded Pinnacle Equity Group, leading it from a one-person mortgage brokerage into a 120-employee, multi-state mortgage banking operation generating in the multi millions in annual revenue. My experience spans business strategy, talent development, P&L management, compliance, sales operations, and building scalable organizational infrastructure.

I was honored to be recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business “40 Under 40”, an early acknowledgement of my leadership style and commitment to exceptional performance.
